What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?

Zoho assist integrates well with Intercom and Zoho desk where a session can be directed right from the chat tool and the integration does not require technical knowledge

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the pricing of the tool, despite the larger amount of features in the tool, the tool is priced fairly that our support operators can all use it at the single license pricing. Also the tool is fast easy and secure. Zoho assist also allows transferring of files remotely from any computer without using intermediate storage like USB and or any FTP tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires a stable internet connection to work properly. Session recording takes a lot of time to complete using Zoho assist tool which makes it hard to have the recorded event exported.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend the tool

What differentiates Zoho Assist from other similar products?

The tool support Enterprise high grade security TLS1.2 and AES 256 bit encryption at no extra cost whereas other tools do not provide such at the same price.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the software integration with the meeting modules which makes it easy to opt in for online meeting with the clients for an improved support through screen sharing, also there is installation of extra software is needed with this tool

What do you dislike most about this product?

It requires a very stable internet connection for both devices or end users, to use this tool and sometimes it would be slow on other devices. Using this tool on Google Chrome devices is still hard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes, I would recommend this tool to anyone looking to offer remote IT support to clients

I like the mobile application of the tool is easy and fast to use especially for screen sharing and remote session, also does not consume a lot of data

The tool is expensive to use depending on the number of technicians you are to use since they charge per user per month

I would recommend Zoho assist because it is super easy to use and does not cost a lot money
