Great price-point, incredibly simple and intuitive to get set up

Very easy for customers to opt-in, and very easy for us to set up our messages
What do you dislike most about this product?
Once a message is scheduled, anyone who opts in is not added to the list of people who will receive the previously scheduled messages. For our use case this presented some serious challenges.
