No contract, month to month service
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Smooth integration and implementation with ERP product

We don't have huge volume but this is a great mid-level product. Not sure how it would handle large volumes but we love it here.

What differentiates Stampli AP Automation from other similar products?
To be honest, I haven't used similar products. But Stampli was very easy to use, learn and has made a huge difference in how we process accounts payable and credit card purchases.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the approvals feature so that managers can review and approve purchases. I also love that it integrates with multiple Quickbooks Online files.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes the information that Stampli reads off the invoices and prefills is not correct but this feature does get better with time as the system learns your vendors.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is one of the few, if only, A/P type software that works with the cannabis industry. It has made our AP process so much easier and increased transparency and control over our budget. All purchases are being approved and it is so nice to have all the purchase invoices and receipts linked in Quickbooks.

What differentiates Stampli AP Automation from other similar products?
The interface is very simple yet robust. It has all the features without being over complicated.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is everything I could have imagined in an AP software. It perfectly fit into our invoice approval process while also becoming our document management portal.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Every suggestion we have made has somehow been incorporated into the product. I don't dislike anything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend that people be open to reimagining their AP processes.
