Search and collaborate quickly. Free up unused space and make it available for bookings. Drag and drop desk features. Filter rooms by amenities type and many more. Export all data for record purpose. Space booking policies to avoid unnecessary bookings. Integrate with Microsoft office, google calendar and many more for better service quality. Technical support or consultants are much responsive to queries.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use and no coding knowledge required. It has comprehensive dashboard where you can access to every actions and can manage the activities. It's way-finding functionality helps users find the best space for their task or meeting. It helps to maintain floor plan updates and keep everyone in the know. Can see which of your team member or colleague has booked desk and where. Can filter rooms by amenities type required for your tasks. Can export data that which spaces were used and who were checked-in and all data. Robin has awesome technical support team who will help you in every step of your journey. Integration is easy for admins.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In my journey I haven't found anything wrong with this application. It has best user interface and available with various features which optimize your workplace. This application is removing bugs in every updates which making this tool more clean and helpful.

I recommend this to every business as it will fulfill all your needs without any failure. It provides free trail period to understand the features. They receive user feedback and work on them asap. * It is a space management tool which makes users to utilize the workplace space in proper way. * Real time update on room bookings, cancelled meetings. * Easy to find room as per your requirement. * Filter rooms with amenities like user capacity, available equipment, furniture, etc. * Drag and drop desks feature. * Abandoned meeting protection * Setup of space booking policies. * It helps to understand the usage of the space. * Fast and easy booking from various devices. * Integration with other tools is super easy and makes it more powerful. * Makes admins job easy with automate processes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Robin is a platform where you can customize your office map and can give a modern look. As soon as someone books a room or desk in your office it will automatically update in the map and everyone can see that. During Covid-19 pandemic it helped us to arrange desks or seats with proper distance. Users can update their health status before coming to office and it will release the desk once you take your leave. You can filter and search the room best for your meeting with required amenities. By check-in you can keep your meeting live from cancellation. Set policies on things like meeting duration and how far in advance space can be booked.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike this product. It is great product with lots of features to make your day-to-today job simple. Admins can customize the seat arrangements, charts through which users can directly book their seat without any approval. With Intuitive dashboard admins can check which spaces are used and why. It allows unlimited users to be added in your company and gives access according to their roles.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

While testing and implementing we have found this very helpful. Here you can plan for your future meetings with integration of Google Calendar. It helps to get more from the space you have and use intelligent data for future expansions. It is best among all similar products as per my experience. It keeps your calendar clean and manage your schedule in once place by which it prevents double bookings and scheduling headaches as well. It is budget friendly and provides new features with every update. Good product for small and medium businesses too. Integrate with your existing tools for seamless experience.
