What differentiates Pega Platform from other similar products?

Pega platform is very efficient platform and using native components will result in a major increase in productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best thing is that the Business Owner, as an end user, can update the Business Logic and Process Flows without having to rely on the Developer.The outcome of the case is entirely dependent on the actions of the Business Logic/Citizen Developer.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It was difficult for my entire team to transition from our previous platform, and it took a long time to migrate the data, so it is not user friendly in this regard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What could be improved is PEGA's help, as the analysts who attend the SR are generally not very strong, and everything takes a long time to resolve.
