Easy to install the agent and it installs easily on individual clients.

Connecting to multiple PCs at a single time is really good.

A little bit hard to figure out how to maintain user roles at first.

What differentiates NetSupport Manager from other similar products?

Being able to see all screens at one time

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I appreciate being able to blackout all screens, as well as see all the screens.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dislike that I can only blackout all screens instead of just screens of my choice.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Net support has been such an amazing tool to help me make sure my students are working productively and safely on their own computers. It allows me to blackout their screens to have them focus on me, or whatever else, and it allows me to push sites out to students which saves so much time. I don’t want to imagine tech class without it!
