What differentiates Mixpanel from other similar products?
This tool allows me to see in real time what my clients are doing, it is perfect for product analysis, very intuitive and easy to use even for people without analytical experience, it also allows me to visualize data and investigate user behavior, it is also very informative to be able to understand what customer interests are by looking at the detailed usage report, dashboards are a great way to keep an eye on key trends to make sure everything runs smoothly, it has multiple features that will allow you to track customer action clients and measure the effectiveness of the application using events based on web pages.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite tool is the information page, where we can analyze user activity in our application, I also like the ability to segment users who made conversions through its funnel, I also enjoy the capabilities to create panels and share them with My team also allows you to create custom dashboards to monitor your accounts, I also love creating dashboards that combine several reports into one to see a bigger picture of the data, I also appreciate the ease with which you can make quick charts of information without having to write SQL queries.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only thing that I would like to see improved is the delay that technical support usually has in solving a problem, sometimes it can be frustrating.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is useful for products that have simple user paths and functions that are oriented to repeated use, it offers tools that allow these processes to be really easy to execute, it also provides information very quickly, I recommend it with great confidence.

Mixpanel is an industry leading product and behavior analysis platform since many companies use it to optimize their products and increase participation of its users, as it makes extensive use of customer event data to analyze each of their products and behavior, and through this application you can track and collect this data from your specified sources and send it to Mixpanel in real time.Integration is pretty simple once it's fully enabled
What do you dislike most about this product?
It seems to me a very complete and effective application, with which we have not had any problems until now
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With Mixpanel, you can better understand the general behavior of your users and take the appropriate steps to increase engagement with them. If your goal is to improve customer retention and your business KPIs, then Mixpanel is a tool A must have in your marketing stack.
