What differentiates Miro from other similar products?
Miro goes beyond the basics, allowing me to seamlessly integrate various content types, from images to documents and beyond
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Miro's absolute best mode is unlocked when it comes to real-time collaboration. The synchronized dance of ideas happens live. This feature turns Miro from a digital whiteboard to a dynamic collaboration arena.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sadly, the mobile experience occasionally misses a beat. It's not as fluid as the desktop version, and manipulating complex boards on a smaller screen can be a bit challenging
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A friendly word of caution – if a significant portion of your team operates on mobile devices, manage expectations around the mobile experience
Pros
- Continually Improving Product
- Enables Productivity

What differentiates Miro from other similar products?
It can seamlessly handle hundreds of users all at once and works like a charm. You can with little training bring someone into the ecosystem and they are off and running - no training required becuase its so intuitive. This was a godsend when COVID happened and now we cant live without it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It can scale almost infinitely and is so easy to use. There are so many different things you can do and also integrate into the platform. Its engaging, visual and works for a whole raft of use cases.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Information can get lost. Boards are not filed like documents to you need to scroll or know what you are looking for. Its also rarely cleaned up. You can create a board by accident and then its there taking up resource and space. There should be more granular management of spaces and folder where we can keep boards and assign permissions. There needs to be a way in which all the ideas and infomation in the card and post its can be extracted though AI so that its more easily accessible. Right now if you dont know where to look you are in trouble.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its great, and I would say best in class for what it is. Just don't start putting all your company information into here becuase you will never be able to find it. Its perfect for startups and enterprises and creates an infinite place to colaborate and workshop in the time of remote working.
Pros
