What differentiates Jira Software Cloud Premium from other similar products?

In general, Jira Cloud Premium offers a good platform to run any line of business. Either you want to create simple projects or more complex ones, Jira offers a variety of plugins to enhance the productivity and customization. You can develop your own scripts or plugins even in order to customize the application to the needs of your company. Although some training is required to be a Jira Admin, the application itself is quite easy to use by the end user. It makes easy to create reports and to push your projects forward as you like/need, keeping a good track of all the tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The adaptability it offers. JIra has the possibility to be customized almost as much as you want in order to adapt to the needs of the company. Next Gen projects is something new that also gives teams a more independent way to work by giving the teams more control over the project they are working on.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In some cases, Atlassian releases updates that change the functionality/usability of the platform. This is not bad but, in some cases, users might get confused on situations like "where did this option go?"

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Atlassian offer the possibility of creating a free cloud instance for testing purposes. Before buying the product, consider create yourself a free instance to play with it a bit and see it's capabilities. If it fits your needs, go for it!
