The reporting and queries I can build to find almost anything.

There is too much room for human error. Not enough checks and balances to ensure information is correct.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Go through some training. There is a lot to learn in Eracent that has taken me years to figure out on my own... and still learning

user interface might need a face off too much features that might be reconsidered through different bundling strategy
