What differentiates Circleloop from other similar products?

Circleloop uses the latest tech, so there's no ugly last-century stuff lurking there. I prefer to use only web-based applications, although it does have a really good desktop app as well. The clincher for me is the flexibility of pricing and contract - it's really easy-in, easy-out. Although having signed up for CL with two businesses now, I haven't yet felt the need to 'out'!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface is really cleanly designed and easy to use. Automated transcription of voicemails is super useful for my customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can't really say that there is anything I dislike about it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just try it out. It's super easy to set up and use, and the vendor is really helpful and flexible. You have nothing to lose!
