What most differentiates this tool and what makes it a good platform is its campaign segmentation system, which allows a better order of the actions carried out as well as the future activities to be implemented.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most is monitoring the activities of both clients and co-workers, which hails that from the first moment I am in contact with clients and understanding their needs and requirements, and through email where there are large amounts of personal data of users

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have a system for monitoring current trends, but it is not a limitation

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an ideal tool for those who wish to keep track of the processes in their campaigns as well as the data constantly updated with its system in real time.
