Strong interoperability. End-to-end solution suite. Highly secure implementation. User friendliness.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Single pane of window for all HR stuff. In-built analytics.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need more AI and next best action recommendations. They have a lot of HR data, across all their client base.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Perfect if interoperability is important to you and a secure data environment is essential. There are cheaper solutions in the market but ADP is super reliable and they are constantly innovating.
