the factor behind Zoom success is the penetration done via market segmentation, the trial period gives you luxury to talk for 30 minutes free. the clarity of call is better

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Designing the attendance poll to capture the data rather then checking each attendees

What do you dislike most about this product?

the product is best suited for our company and we never faced any issue with Zoom

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

their outage problem is less, i don't think when was the last time they had an outage issue, wherein you would have seen others had server issue.
