Zoom’s video clarity and reliability are top-notch. It’s that universal accessibility that I haven’t seen in many other platforms

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Whether it's a 1:1 call or a massive webinar, Zoom does it all with minimal latency and a simple interface, which is key when hosting high-stakes meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

configuring meeting passwords and controlling participant access takes a few extra steps

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to configure your security settings carefully before hosting important meetings. It’s such a versatile tool, but it’s worth spending that little extra time setting it up right.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is very essential tool for our virtual meetings, and it's user-friendly interface makes it super easy and accessible for any users and organizations alike. The video and quality is consistently good, even with varying internet speeds, and audio is clear, minimizing disruptions during calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With Zoom we can comfortably host large meetings up to over 1000 participants, which is very invaluable tool for webinars and corporate gatherings. Breakout room is also impressive allows smaller groups discussions without losing the main meetings focus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is the best for virtual meetings with robust security features such as meeting passwords and waiting rooms. This prevents sensitive information and discussions from being exposed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom is versatile platform for remote communication and go-to tool for meetings and webinars.
