Zoom capable of handling a large amount of client in the video conferencing , without loosing on quality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The remote control feature helps whiile using helpdesk.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The keyboard and mouse feature can be very slow.

This a great product for the home office options.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom differs from other products because it has extensions for Chrome, Firefox and even with add-ons for Microsoft Outlook, thus making it easy to access to work, first-hand it has a free plan, hence its great success and reception, and with several payment plans that will give you access to more features should you need them, with the ability to record meetings, the ability to add virtual backgrounds, different speaker views, and many great features that make this a great tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is that it helped me to communicate with clients every time it occupies an important place for work, you always need to have a good level of cooperation between people who are somehow part of and committed to a project, what I love about Zoom among so many things is the ease of being able to work efficiently remotely, always confident that remote work runs smoothly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is an effective communications tool, with quality service that provides excellent features and functionality, I have used Zoom for several purposes and it has worked for me quite normally. I highly value that it is constant and committed to what its users need, paying from start to finish. Finally collaborating to the maximum and making the work easier and simpler, so far it has not thrown me any problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom because based on my experience, this is currently a leading tool in corporate communications, a tool developed to work focused on the professional sector, just use it for a few minutes to realize the excellent results it provides, quality of options and operation, suitable for video conferencing, video calls, instant messaging, and much more. Look no further. ZOOM is what you really need.

The ease at using the product..you don't need an account to be able to login to a zoom conference

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

No account needed for users to connect to a zoom conference and Outlook extension

What do you dislike most about this product?

monthly cost is a bit high and zoom bombing problems

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend giving it a try and seeing if it fits what you need. It did for us.
