What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

In our work area, the use of Zoom has been very important, since it is a platform that helps us communicate openly and allows us to share all kinds of information in just a few seconds or minutes. The difference that I have noticed between Zoom, and other platforms that we have used previously in our work area, is that Zoom has been able to provide us with a more complete service, with which we can have perfect communication through videoconference and at the same time we can chat and send all types of files, without interrupting the fluidity or video quality of the videoconference.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really liked that Zoom has an excellent web version, with which you can have a complete administration of the user's profile, you can modify the work teams, you can modify the participants of a video conference and you can also do all kinds of configurations in connectivity with each participant. This version is quite comprehensive, and provides the user with complete access to essential information. In addition, another of the things that I liked about Zoom Meetings is that this platform offers a very fluid service regarding visualization, the visualization of each user's video is perfect and does not have any type of delays.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My review of Zoom is regarding the screen sharing that this platform offers. I consider this screen sharing that it offers, which is visible to all participants in the video conference, to be a bit lacking, as it is not as fluid as other platforms that offer faster screen sharing without lag. I don't really recommend using this Zoom feature, as it lacks a lot of optimization to be at a good level.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a completely accessible platform, it offers a very stable service with which any person or business entity can communicate openly with a group of people, with a fairly wide limit of participants. In addition, Zoom has a very easy to use interface, which helps make communicating online a fairly common task and does not have to become a complex process. Zoom has an excellent application for mobile phones, capable of feasible and secure communication, in addition, it also allows file sharing in a similar way as its version for computers.
