What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is that it offers me the ease of working and video conferencing from anywhere and on any device, making the way I communicate with my colleagues, clients and teammates much easier, allowing me to collaborate and work together. Productively and efficiently with the ease of just one click. It adapts to my needs by being very flexible, and I love that.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom is a communications platform that undoubtedly offers a quality service, in terms of its videoconferences, chats, calls and web conferences, since I use in all its facets it has worked perfectly without any type of error, everything works very well and so far I have nothing to dislike.

I recommend Zoom because it is a tool that is optimized to work collaboratively, a real-time communications tool that offers video calls, web conferences, group chats, instant messaging and much more, a software that adapts to our needs and It is of great help to boost the productivity of our business, it helps to collaborate on our projects, it improves the relationship with clients and teammates, it offers a pleasant, simple and easy-to-use interface, it can be used from any browser and from any place and device mobile, best of all with free trial.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Since I started using Zoom, I consider that its point of difference is located in the effectiveness of communicating more members in a videoconference without causing any type of delay or causing any slowness in the videoconference. Zoom has the ability to support many participants for each video conference, and the fluidity with which it does so is surprising, because many other platforms only support a minimal capacity of participants.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature that I liked the most about Zoom is that with this platform I can have access to videoconferences with a quality higher than 1080p, which helps me a lot to be able to see all the public with whom I am connected on the network. In addition, another of the factors that I liked the most about Zoom is that it has perfect messaging, which allows you to send direct messages, group messages or messages within the videoconference, something that undoubtedly supplements consistent communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Currently the web version of Zoom Meetings allows video conferencing with a similar experience to the computer version, however, the video quality and audio quality obtained through the web version is not very good. I do not consider this to be a negative factor for us, because in most cases we use its version for computers and the version for mobile phones, I only consider that it is a factor that should be improved in order to have a better experience in its web version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The main reason that I would be encouraged to recommend Zoom Meetings to any company is that this platform offers communication without drops, it is fantastic to be able to have a video conference without any delay or interruption during the communication process, in addition, Zoom Meetings provides connectivity instantly, regardless of the person's location, offers secure end-to-end connectivity and provides excellent chat communication.
