Essential platform in times of quarantine

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Unlike many video calling software this is simpler to use from a school to business solution. Because of the quarantine, they have been looking for a more practical solution than Skype to be able to have a space where more than 300 people can enter a video conference and Zoom has been able to fulfill that requirement. Also Zoom is excellent with regard to video quality when you have a bad internet connection.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

-Easy access to meetings. -Control to share screen with an incredible blackboard for live annotations. -Available on any platform. -Accesible price -Very sharp video quality even with poor internet connection. -Easy to share link to enter meetings. -It is not necessary to create an account if you want to enter a meeting by invitation by link.

What do you dislike most about this product?

-Audio problem with bad internet connection. -Mobile interface for the participants is a bit complex and old. -Does not have Voip -It is difficult to know who is speaking when there are many participants (even there is some kind of "miniature of who is speaking but sometimes it is confusing when many are speaking").

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want to hold a large-scale video conference, with a large number of viewers, then Zoom is your ideal solution since it has no connection problems and does not drop performance when there are many participants. The free version allows a certain large number of viewers so if you want to try this it is a good idea. As a meeting solution it is also permissible since it has a security that allows managing the permissions of who may or may not be in the video call.
