What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom differs from other products because you can interact in real time through video and chat, share the screen and record the session, record conferences in mp4 format, available on Mac OS, Android, ios and PC devices. It has advanced options to develop integrations with other platforms for a better experience, in addition to having a friendly and simple interface that is very easy to use, allowing you to record sessions to see later, adapting to our needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is that it helps me to further facilitate labor relations, conferences through this platform have become the best allies for our company and increase our development and productivity since through them we can go to many partners that are in different places, we work with videoconferences and online meetings, thus being more aware of the work to better impart and explain the information of our projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Zoom in my experience unifies videoconferences in the cloud, simple meetings, very good to collaborate online through a face-to-face screen when we are in a different place, offering great quality of video, audio, and wireless screen sharing, Zoom It has worked for me normally so I have no dislike so far, because it offers me what I really need fascinates me and is always in the right direction.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Zoom when developing high-level online meetings, connecting from part of the world and any device adapting to everything, Zoom works very well, and the best thing is that it is very easy to use. This software is what you really need, look no further.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

It provides a seamless one-click login feature, which is very helpful when doing any webinar. No need to have a zoom account for joining a meeting, you can log in with the guest account.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface is very nice and it is very easy to use, there are plenty of features to make video conferencing optimum. There are few restrictions on the free version but you get all the basic features in it, with a cap of 40mins o duration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is quite more as compared to other products in the market. The security of is not great it should be. Other than this it is a great app for small organisations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you do time to time one time meetings this app is an amazing option for you, as it provides guest login feature for users, and can handle a high number of participants.
