What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

In the past, we have used various video conferencing platforms within our work sector. One of the differences that we have noticed between Zoom, and other video conferencing platforms, is the video quality. It is amazing how I can enjoy video quality higher than 1080p, which allows me to have a perfect view of all the participants of the video conference, and with an impressive fluency when using a good internet connection. Other previously used platforms did not offer us as good video quality as Zoom Meetings does, we are totally grateful for this relatively good change that has come to our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of my favorite aspects in relation to Zoom is that this platform offers me perfect file sharing during each video conference. All video conference participants can attach files, and all those uploaded files will be mirrored at the top of the video conference so that all participants can access the shared file. Also, I really like being able to access my Zoom account from my iOS device, and I can also enjoy excellent video quality, similar to the experience I get from the desktop version. The mobile application is very well optimized and does not have any kind of lag when there are many participants in a video conference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My negative opinion about Zoom is regarding the video conference and meeting recording system. Zoom allows us to record all the videoconferences we make, from our mobile device or from the computer version, however, I do not like this function at all because the video takes a long time to process after the recording stops, the video It takes a long time to be fully ready and can be viewed immediately, therefore, we have been forced to record our meetings with third-party software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To anyone who is considering implementing Zoom for their company or for a work sector of the company, I would recommend that they do so without a doubt, because Zoom is a platform with excellent video quality that very few platforms currently offer, Furthermore, it is a platform that will keep the entire work team and users in direct communication with their clients, thanks to its excellent mobile application. Zoom is very fluid, allows you to share files and have an additional chat window to complement videoconferences and make them more productive. Zoom is the perfect platform for any user looking to boost a company's communication system.
