What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is intuitive and very easy to use. That's particularly important when dealing with end users of varying technical abilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Clarity of video and audio.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tremendous difficulty installing and connecting the mobile app on my smartphone. Joining with one tap mobile is also inconsistent.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Zoom works very well for hosting and recording meetings. File share seems to be somewhat limited but if your team needs a reliable method to communicate virtually, Zoom offers a low cost, intuitive platform.

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is easy to use, and allows me to do everything I want in a meeting. The share screen feature is especially useful to show coworkers the things I am referencing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Zoom is the screen share feature and the background filter for people that need to cover up a distracting background.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is honestly nothing to dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly recommend Zoom to all of my business colleagues. It helps me get so much accomplished.

The easiest way to attend online meetings

What differentiates Zoom Workplace from other similar products?

Zoom is an incredible tool to make online meetings easily, one of the differences that zoom has compared to other software is that it gives you the option that several people can enter the same exit, change the background and put filters

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like using Zoom because it is an excellent tool for work, especially this time of pandemic since it allows me to hold online meetings without having to attend the company or leave the house. In addition, Zoom is a tool that offers me multiple functions that make online meetings more fun or interactive

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the things I don't like about Zoom is that sometimes it tends to be slow or cumbersome when entering a meeting and therefore makes me lose time in my important meetings. I have also had some problems when entering a room since I get an error with the ID address and it does not allow me to enter

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I fully recommend Zoom because it is a tool that helps you a lot at work when doing an online meeting. It is also very easy to use and install, you can also use it quietly on your mobile phone or in your operating system
