What differentiates Zoho Social from other similar products?
In a relatively short time, we were able to expand our organization's online profile and strengthen our interaction with customers. Its comprehensive feature set, including the ability to schedule posts, monitor mentions and manage comments, as well as its incredibly intuitive and user-friendly design, make it an ideal tool for managing our organization's social media presence.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We have found the ability to efficiently schedule and publish content to multiple social networks to be the most useful feature of Zoho Social. It allows us to easily create a publishing calendar and schedule content to be published on different networks at a later date, which has saved us a lot of time and effort.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The platform supports a large number of social networks, but it may cause problems for some users, as it does not yet support all of them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Using Zoho Social to manage our organization's social networks has been incredibly beneficial. It has made posting content to various networks much easier. Scheduling posts is very easy and the networks are always up to date. The analytics and reports it provides help us understand how we are doing on each network and how to improve our online presence. Finally, the ability to manage conversations in real time is a great advantage, as it allows us to respond to comments and mentions on all networks from a single platform, which improves communication.

It’s similar to platforms like Loomly and Planable, making it easy to generate and schedule bulk posts. - Pause Post Feature: The new pause post feature acts as a panic button during brand crises or emergencies. Pausing all posts instantly can be a lifesaver.
What do you dislike most about this product?
- Analytics and Reporting: While Zoho Social’s analytics are solid, they don’t match the depth of dedicated social listening platforms like Talkwalker. If in-depth reporting is critical, you might need additional tools. - Limited Post-Approval Options: Zoho Social could enhance its post-approval features. More flexibility in managing approvals would be beneficial.

I like it's "user friendly interface" because it simplifies the complex social media management tasks.

It is not often, but rather very rare, that occasional technical glitches makes the delays in scheduling features of Zoho Social.

I recommend that anyone considering Zoho Social explore the features to ensure that the product is aligns with their business needs and stay updated with new updates of Zoho Social to enhance your work.
