What differentiates Zoho People from other similar products?
Zoho CRM is quite a bit more customizable than most other CRM systems. There's a healthy limit of 300 custom fields per module in the Enterprise edition. Where other CRMs use predatory business practices and aggressive, multi-year contracts to strong arm users into sticking around, we're so confident in the strength of our product that we offer flexible, month-to-month subscriptions that can grow with your business.

Integration with other Tools is limited and makes it challenging to work with other business Solutions Free and Budget versions do not offer many features. High implementation cost.
