Negotiate, negotiate. It’s a great tool but it seems like they nickel and dime you to death.

What differentiates WalkMe from other similar products?
Their usability it's incomparable with similar products! The WalkMe app is really easy to use and to administrate, and it's really easy to build content, create rules and segments. I use another DAP now, and thinking about features, they are really similar, but WalkMe is way easier to use, has way better UX, and their analytics is also better.

Maybe their prices are not so competitive as similar products.

Very customizable and wide range of features. It's very easy and quick to start building simple content as a beginner, and it's possible to make complex content, automations and other customizations as you become advanced. Looks professional. Support was always friendly and efficient.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maintenance should not be forgotten, it's a bit part of a successful usage.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
When considering this product it is critical to plan the headcounts needed for building and maintaining the tool.
