What differentiates Vortal from other similar products?

Its platform is implemented in more than 3.000 public entities which allow organizations to be aligned with the new EU Public Procurement Directives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides us with full traceability of transactions by using communications & database encryption and time stamping. It is fully compatible with a wide range of international frameworks including PEPPOL.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is pricey in terms of maintenance.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Vortal platform is very advantageous to organisations procurement workflow since it is implemented in more than 3.000 public entities and that could very handy. I would recommend this product for this reason.

Connects suppliers and companies. The patform allows fast and efficient procurement and tendering. This platform is amazing for finding business opportunities and helps to present proposals to present. The platforms allows buyers to directly invite companies. Allows processing of invoices. Requisition management.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing to dislike about Vortal.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend Vortal for e-procurement and e-sourcing to help connect suppliers and companies.

Tuvimos muchos problemas con la configuración de usuarios y la respuesta del equipo de soporte telefónico. Dichos problemas han ido mejorando durante la prestación del servicio, actualmente ya no contamos con problemas recurrentes de ese tipo.

Mi recomendación sería evaluar la relación costo - efectividad de la herramienta. Adicional a ello, se puede ver que la herramienta puede desarrollar muchas funcionalidades a medida de cada cliente, sin que ello represente costos adicionales.
