This Symantec product differs from others because it has an easy implementation and administration, it offers a simple use so that any user can handle it, this is because it is made up of easily accessible functions, it is based on an analysis of precise and fast behavior that helps to deal with the presence of ransomware, malware and spam, offers a high defense against phishing by implementing threat isolation and spoofing controls, in addition to providing the user with detailed reports that allow in depth knowledge of attacks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that it has the ability to isolate suspicious links or possible downloads from the web from the email, this is thanks to the fact that it has advanced email analysis, spam filtering and isolation, which has a high detection of threats and the one that allows to prioritize incidents so that a faster response can be given and thus damages can be repaired before they are greater.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Processing the scans can be a slow process especially when you are in front of a large amount of email, also updating the software implies having to uninstall its previous version so this process can be somewhat tedious.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A software to consider given that today there are more and more threats to which you are exposed by email, and this Symantec software has the ability to deal with these, in addition to integrating with other Symantec products, guarantees protection against data loss and encryption.
