What differentiates SumTotal Talent Development from other similar products?

I like the variety of courses and the way each individual can easily choose their own or managers can assign to them. I like the domain concept to manage the users and decentralise administration. The classes are very easy to follow and allow me to save and come back later.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

SumTotal Talent Development is a well established corporate talent management which is widely recognized by many organizations across the world. It provides access via both web, interface and mobile applications as well and it allows seamless integration with other third-party applications like Webex to host online trainings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I haven't yet experienced any difficulties. SumTotal Talent Development stands out to be the best talent management tool i have ever encountered.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

SumTotal Talent Development is an established platform for corporate talent management and i highly recommend it.
