Its a good solution for recruitment needs. it has some exclusive features and good ai integration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has all the basic job boards and one can also integrate their own job boards with smartrecruiter.

What do you dislike most about this product?

it is buggy and it should have better ui as well.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One can checkout other options as well but smartrecruiter is also not that bad.

There are some bugs in the application, and the user interface could be improved.

It's easy integration capabilities and it also provides offer approval which helps in complete recruitment process.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can automate the complete recruitment process one can post a job on any job board and candidates will apply on that so you get candidates for just posting job.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as of now it works perfectly fine for me.

It is going to be a great choice if one wants a efficient system for recruitment with all the great features.
