What differentiates Sigma from other similar products?
It has more features included in the cost then others Customer Services is great and very helpful. Implementation to connect to crm and share data is not a plus for Sigma
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Customer Services hands down. We had so much frustration trying to get it to work with our layout in the CRMS and third party apps that were needed but customer services always tried with caring tone to help and support us even in our frustration.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Implementation to connect to crm and share data is not a plus for Sigma
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure if you need to merge reports in real time between your crm, Sigma and other apps that you list and test them or have a call with the IT team with sales on the call so pricing is provided at the same time. Invest in a 3rd party that Sigma recommends not your CRM company!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
