What differentiates SharpSpring from other similar products?
The many features and user-friendliness of this tool set it apart from its competitors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This has been a great introduction for our little business to begin tracking potential clients' visits to and engagement with our website. Although the built-in email platform may use some polish in terms of aesthetics, it is well integrated for tracking interactions.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Personalized reports need further work, especially if they're going to be relied on for crediting metrics. It would be really helpful to be able to view these high-level reports (such as a graphical representation of the number of opportunities related to the campaign) and click on the data for additional context. Obviously, things can have cross references in the system, but that seems antiquated by today's standards.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We looked into HubSpot and Infusionsoft before deciding that SharpSpring was the best option for us. Well worth every penny and more.

What differentiates SharpSpring from other similar products?
The intuitive UI and quick responses from all of the Sharpspring staff set this program apart, but the program's superiority lies in the quality of its support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it can communicate directly with the majority of standard applications is undoubtedly its strongest feature.... An all-encompassing platform from which you may manage your digital marketing and your connections with clients. Multiple tools, including sales and marketing modules, reports, landing pages, and electronic forms. In your business, this is an absolute must.
What do you dislike most about this product?
They are extremely picky about the information in your database and may request that you contact their compliance office to make sure you are in accordance with the law.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We investigated HubSpot and Infusionsoft prior to deciding that SharpSpring is the superior option. Really, Worth the cost.

What differentiates SharpSpring from other similar products?
It is easy to use, the features are proeminently displayed, the sales management function works great, it is easy to integrate with other system via APIs, cheap compared with the other existing CRM tools on the market, the marketing automation function is very intuitive.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that it has everything a CRM should but at the fraction of the cost.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting dashbord is not very customizable and the social media planner doesn't allow video scheduling. ALso, the emails are very difficult to build in such a way that they are displaying ok with the most of email providers; the email building functionality os really not their forte point.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to have access to bespoke raports and be able to also schedule social media content, have a reserach into it as it might give you some hard times. Other than this, it is a very good product, it works as it shoulds, a bit slow but it does what it is built to do.
