It is quite easy to understand than most of the other tools like it

I like its interface it's very user friendly, and it works like a normal social media platform so it will be very useful and helpful

What do you dislike most about this product?

I guess Mobile optimization is not that good

it is one of the best tools available in the market so if you have a good budget go for it.

What differentiates Salesforce Email Studio from other similar products?

Salesforce email studio may be a powerful email marketing tool. What I prefer the foremost is that it permits you to alter the sending of mass emails, for that focus on the audience to which an advertising campaign is directed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

While making the e-mail, we can see the constant email in HTML format that is made through content blocks, which makes it straightforward to edit once we are extending any email-related campaigns. Moreover, we can live to check the email created on the same platform. Our sales team primarily use it for email promoting purpose. We’ve got noticed that we have been able to increase our click-through rates and that we can see they’re having higher engagement with our campaigns.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we at first tried to line up Salesforce email studio, we realized how complicated it’s to set up and use. We currently have a passionate team member who maintains this product. I want I will compare its complexness to alternative similar products however this is the primary email promoting product we are using.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Email Studio is the best email marketing tool. And therefore the ability to tap into the other product Salesforce provides, makes it the most effective comprehensive marketing and CRM tool out there. I’m a big fan!

What differentiates Salesforce Email Studio from other similar products?

We can use intelligence of Salesforce Email studio to discover the right audience. It recommends great content that resonates and help us to identify highly engaged subscribers and increase conversions. It automates everything and help us to become more efficient and make our business stand-out more efficiently. They help us to schedule messages for our clients which turn clients into long term relations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Salesforce Email Studio can segment the database well as we do not have to import product related into Marketo and then segment them. It is also great platform for email design and template personalization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Salesforce Email Studio is quite expensive for small organizations. It is also not user friendly for the beginners. Also, the admin security configuration is hard to do and manage. It also takes time to understand the rules of admin security configuration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Salesforce Email Studio help us in distribution of custom reports and import data from anywhere so we can focus on creating great campaigns.
