What differentiates Sage 100cloud from other similar products?

Sage 100 integrates well with our time management software. I feel it is fairly user intuitive. The ability to download to various forms (PDF, Excel, Word, etc) and copy/paste from other applications is a definite plus.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of download to Excel and copy/paste back in to Sage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The requirement to archive - it's the main downside. Archives need created at the end of each fiscal and calendar year, which means if you are looking for information from a prior year, you have to constantly switch between the archives.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend from a payroll and accounting standpoint. Just know the frustration of switching between systems for past year information is a small frustration.
