Significantly improves the process efficiency and boost customer relationships Facilitates customization of content as per the user’s requirements Best customer service team that provides super-fast resolution and chase until the issue is fixed Streamlines the workflow process Its technology facilitates clients in easily integrating with their viewing solutions It is much easier to publish content to large numbers of end-user

Improves time to market and makes decision making faster Offers a high level of data security Amazing analytics & reporting

What do you dislike most about this product?

If I am correct the name of ASG Content Solutions - Mobius has been changed quite a few times. This is really troublesome and creates confusion There are also Challenges in upgrading the technology It only works on Linux which restricts its reach and makes its usage challenging

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Must upgrade the technology on a timely basis Must stick to the same brand name for long or educate people in case of any name change To ensure, Mobius stand tall on user’s expectations & business requirements, the company must organize an initial consulting engagement with the vendor to work on the optimum configuration and usage of the system

What differentiates Rocket Content Services from other similar products?

Not sure but it had all the features the department axed for in their RFP

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Their client services team was very friendly. They had some lovely women that i very much enjoyed working with.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I dont have any complaints but I wasnt personally using it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think it will fit all your needs. Make sure you get Rachel on the client services team. Wow.
