Great sales automation tool for startups

What differentiates Reply from other similar products?
Reply has a wide range of message customization features, on top of email automation it also enables LinkedIn automation, and the team collaboration features are valuable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of which I can create new and unique sales sequences across multiple contact points.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reply is extremely rich in features, and sometimes it can be hard to navigate all the features in the user interface
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend to consider your sales automation needs and exploring whether your CRM system already provides those. If you have a small team, and for example aren't subscribed to more expensive HubSpot packages, Reply is an excellent choice. Also, if you are looking for added customization, such as special variables in the messages, Reply can be a good option.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Integration with CRM needs to be improved. Gmail extension with templates needs to be improved, Linkedin automation needs to be bought separately.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make use of the different tools in your reach out campaigns. That will help to improve reply rate
