What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

How slick the UX is, it organically stimulates engagement & makes CRM work much less painful, as opposed to major alternatives (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.)

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The animations at deal won...!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the breadth of features is a little lacking. I don't mind waiting if execution is great, however.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're a sales team of <50, I'd fully recommend it. For startups, smaller businesses & growing companies, it's positively engaging. Bigger instutions, I wouldn't recommend it for (due to lack of integration & complex operational infrastructure, where Salesforce better suits)
