What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very effective search and reporting functions. It has a great way to organize information easily

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface. Lack of customization. The functionability. You can only see one customer at a time, and making changes sometimes takes multiple tasks. The software can be laggy sometimes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It can be a good choice if your priority isn't the interface and customization of the software. It lags sometimes and the implementation is hard. It's worth the price you pay for
