File transfer rate is very high. Packet tracing is easy. Network monitoring in terms of speed and bandwidth is easy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of implementation. File security through encryption and decryption. Large file support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A bit expensive Hard to monitor network under a vpn.

A great tool for network management and file transfer.

What differentiates NetMaster Network Management from other similar products?

CA Net master is widely used in my organization. This is used to have solutions that allow tickets to be routed automatically depending on the customer's location and product, this some takes some volume away. This is very helpful in submitting the timesheets and keep the work uptodate.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We use this to request or raise an event which is allocated to a member of staff who will deal with it. It's a nice way to keep track of all the work that each tech does.

What do you dislike most about this product?

CA Service Desk Manager is responsive to its surroundings, and a complete device reboot can be needed on a monthly basis. This is where you can make improvements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent workflow management and knowledge management. The ticket categorization is very easy and alerting of priority tickets in any one group's queue is well executed in CA Service Desk Manager, making it suitable for any setting with a support desk.
