What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
It has ready-to-use templates that make it easy for collaboration with clients or teams. It is a mobile platform to create or reflect solutions with its user-friendly images and forms. It is used as a software between agile squads to generate customer journey maps, draft communications intended for customers and have agile brainstorming sessions and events where everyone can give feedback.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Connects teams with a digital whiteboard and collaboration features designed to inspire innovation; drives collaborative intelligence in SAP, driving greater efficiency across multiple teams, reduced employee attrition and more flexible asynchronous collaboration. It is being used by some large departments, particularly in relation to service delivery. It is being used to address any type of problem or situation, but is particularly being used as a modeling tool to gain a common understanding of new business flows.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When working sessions involve colocated and remote participants, colocated groups gravitate to local whiteboards where remote members cannot participate.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Mural is designed to be a shared resource between different teams, eliminating the need for a personal login for each unique Hub session. Individual murals are sent directly to the Hub from any personal device. The greatest result that Mural brings is enabling you to implement the best customer experiences to differentiate and grow your business.

What differentiates MURAL from other similar products?
With this software we have the ability to support collaboration, brainstorming and mind mapping. As also the approval of other products and in turn is online and available, We use it throughout the organization, as we work on many projects so with this program we can elaborate parts and even I use it with my team to collaborate with him and design any solution.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Thanks to this program we have a lot of help a lot in the design phase of a project by the collaboration between groups and the implementation of creative ideas together with its templates, canvases and elements of the rich palette and export and import options for elements, files, schemes or designs all in the integrated chat service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would like an audio/video tool for a better experience as well as licensing and free access for users and guests for the conformation of project ideas or external consultations for the project being carried out, as well as more integrations with other platforms such as Miro so that they can make better use of the tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
MURAL is a very appropriate software for collaboration with clients or teams in order to create or show solutions on the fly with its images and friendly forms, creating designs all for a common project. Given the type of platform, Mural is recommended for day-to-day activities that do not require high-impact presentations and helpful collaborations.
