With Mindmatrix, channel training partners and salespeople may speed up turnaround times, boost income, and enhance sales. Mindmatrix assists teams with sales onboarding and training, and it offers tools for sales automating that speed up the tracking, connecting, responding to, and closing of prospects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With my small staff, I would never have the time to create, design, publish, and track my email and social media campaigns. We now have a reliable, expert method of communicating with our audience thanks to MindMatrix. The biggest advantage is that we currently have a strong communications strategy in place however it is still early in its implementation, so it is too soon to tell how it will affect sales.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since no PRM is flawless, in order to personalize any features, a ticket must be sent for a response or further development. Nevertheless, the majority of what we can create is adequate for serving Partners. Both the waiting period for some tickets and the order in which they are handled are not optimal.
