What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I feel the best aspect in Dynamics 365 is the ease of customisation according to the client's need. The integration is superb , and can you achieved across all platforms. I feel in the upcoming years , Project Service Automation and the CRM hemisphere of Microsoft is going to be huge . Lucky to be a part of this vast Dynamics universe .

What do you dislike most about this product?

I feel the cost of certain products can be cut down a bit .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best in the market , the worthiest , and yes truly secured. So no worries if you are using a Microsoft product.
