What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing from other similar products?
Unlike other tools, we ourselves have the possibility of mentioning that this is unique and that it has no competition because the licenses are paid by consensus for use, which makes it quite unique and also that they have the possibility of adapting various applications.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I love most about this tool is that you can export any information that is needed in Excel, in addition to the fact that the platform shows us once the emails have been opened, which allows us to have a better interaction with consumers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Since we are using this instrument we ourselves have not found a single failure of this product, rather we are very comfortable with this instrument.

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing from other similar products?
We can say that this tool is different from others because it provides excellent information about the crm and how it works perfectly, in addition to the fact that its user interface is very good and that you can also use various channels such as email push notifications among others.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about this tool is that it can be perfectly integrated with other Microsoft applications, such as Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365 Sales, among others, and another aspect that I like is that dashboards can be customized more efficiently, as well that your dropdown menu is well organized.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In my personal opinion, we have not found fault with this tool, rather we can say that it is an excellent product because up to now we have not found fault with it and it works perfectly for us.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing from other similar products?
The programmer includes common marketing templates. These are excellent starting points. This is a component of Dynamics 365. the wide range of its powers. It offers a "stream" or "feed" of all required events and conversations with Employers. Even better, it can be done with a single button press. It is capable of communicating with a wide variety of items. Very adaptable to our process requirements.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It offers a tool called the Rich Dashboard, which provides many features for managing and interacting with your customers. It is a terrific tool for marketers and marketing departments since it enables them to gather potential customers and nurture leads by interacting with them and learning about their needs and expectations. It is quite helpful to deliver customers who have chosen your brand from the search results fresh product updates and campaigns like DM.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There needs to be a task flow in place. The flow of the process is nonexistent. It is clunky, glitch, multi-lifting of information, lost information, useless notifications, and there isn't anyone who knows how to get it to work; even the so-called experts don't know how to get it to work. The basic license has a very little restriction on the number of interactions; however, buying more interactions is expensive.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
You may use it without experiencing any difficulties and improve the quality of your everyday work because the link with the Office products you are used to using is highly fluid. It offers real-time client data that enables more effective communication. It can also be integrated with additional third-party applications. Finally, it has improved my marketing department's overall productivity. Utilizing built-in product features supports multiple organizational functions.
