What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Mention it is an emerging platform facilitating thousands of brands for their services. Thus, with this amazing software, you can manage to control the weekly or daily analytics. So, you can have control over what is being said and shared about your brand or product. It is a good way to monitor and manage the traffic on your site.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are no certain flaws that this application shows but it is quite expensive for a few. Furthermore, neither the freemium version nor the trial version is available. It also shows some errors while tagging micro establishments.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Overall for small establishments and makes you able to be aware of the emotions of people about your brand. Thus, it provides accuracy in the analytical report and helps you in building a strong impression.

What differentiates Mention from other similar products?
From what I've experienced, it pulls in a wider range of results than most other tracking software and integrations that I've tried.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Being able to find blog posts and news articles that we're mentioned in so that I can share them on social media (or, if it's not positive, to warn my team of potential upcoming PR issues and attempt to resolve conflicts with the original poster).
What do you dislike most about this product?
The AI has difficulty identifying spam websites, so you may spend a lot of time at first blocking keyword-stuffing websites that it pulls in that have your name mentioned.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you're looking to have more proactive customer support, identify fans (especially those who are more into blogs than social media), and find potential content for your marketing strategy, this is an awesome product. The customer support and training is very hands-on and helpful any time you need them and are even proactive enough to plan regular calls with your team to update you on new features and help you use the ones available to you to the best of your ability.
