The ease of use on storing tens of thousands of photos and labeling
What do you dislike most about this product?
I found it very challenging to share downloadable albums with people who were not Photoshelter users. I often wound up using Dropbox instead as it was far easier to share with people without a login.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try to get support to send shared albums to people outside the organization or have a plan b if you can't do it such as Dropbox.

What differentiates PhotoShelter for Brands from other similar products?
When PhotoShelter for Brands was first placed in our office, I was completely taken aback because I had no idea where to begin. However, after spending just two to three hours using it, I realized how much I had been missing out on due to the previous tool. It is a must-have tool for all brands and is remarkable and distinctive due to its efficiency and extensive feature set.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I won't elaborate on the core characteristics, but I must say that the photo library and password-sharing option are simply amazing. Not only we but also the clients appreciate that passwords for works from outside our team can be easily shared for total security. Other most useful features are the tagging options, which make it quite simple for me to search for anything I am looking for.
What do you dislike most about this product?
With all of the bonus material displayed around the collections, the portal's windows taskbar can be a little daunting. When you start giving multiple visual creds to a photo album, it will appear as a copy. One component I absolutely loathe is the restriction on the number of account manager tickets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
PhotoShelter for Brands is a unique platform designed specifically for businesses and individuals who have lofty objectives but lack the time or resources to arrange their digital assets. PhotoShelter for Brands has offered an incredible application that makes it possible to rapidly categorize all of their files for easy sharing and collaboration.
