Its interface is simple, very easy to use and program, it is versatile, scalable, its social media marketing management is powerful and allows you to easily manage multiple platforms, its control panel is quite intuitive, it also offers the ability to see who shares and uses your content to act in a timely manner, its customer service is imposed against those of the competition, Khoros Marketing excels thanks to the continuous release of new updates that include new features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its constant concern for innovation, its configurable panels that facilitate the development of new strategies and campaigns quite effective and consistent that drive and improve the commercial impact of our brand in social networks, in the same way creating exceptional results in ROI.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes we have had some inconveniences with the mobile access, it is a little complicated, as well as different failures in its use, I think they should work a little more on the application to strengthen the experience.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Khoros Marketing is an excellent tool for marketing management in social networks, facilitates the planning and ordering of strategies and social campaigns, in our case and use always provides us with solutions in response to our needs and gives us all the necessary information to any changes that occur, with Khoros is easy to innovate and customer service is very noticeable and quality, certainly recommend this solution to others to achieve success in social marketing.
