What differentiates Invoca from other similar products?
Integrates with In-house systems and good analytics. The Dashboard gives me results to review each and every day. The results are relaible and help provide decision support.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The call tracking and analytics. It is so easy to set up the unique phone numbers for campaigns and to immediately see the results.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I honestly do not have any dislike. The cap on the number of active numbers is a little cumbersome but can be addressed with more availability at a higher cost. Overall a very reliable product.

I would recommend that someone considering this product get sample reports and work with their information technology department to ensure that the data can be fed into the company's business intelligence tools. That is the key to a successful implementation.
