What differentiates Hootsuite Social Media Management SMB from other similar products?
Hootsuite offers my company an all-in-one social media package for content management, community management, social listening insights, and reporting, as well as pretty extensive content variation support within the platform itself. The specialized support team is also fantastic to have access to for any little bugs that may develop and deliver good solutions in a very short time frame. I like the flexibility to segment information by app, not only when uploading but also when examining statistics and tracking progress. As a firm with several contributors, the calendar keeps everyone informed about what is posted where, and when.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Hootsuite offers seamless integration of different social media networks. It enables me to address my consumers’ diverse needs on practically any platform they choose. It also includes extensive classification and reporting options, which allow me to keep track of trends in the issues that are most relevant to my consumers daily. The ability to see all of our social media and interact as needed saves a significant amount of time.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Overall, I think Hootsuite is a terrific platform, but I don’t like how frightening and complex it may be for folks who have never used customer relationship management software before. A tutorial supplied once the user installs the application would be a good feature to help new users get up to speed faster.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I enjoy how Hootsuite makes it easy to manage my social media platforms. It supports a wide range of platforms and allows me to schedule articles so that material is automatically released at the best time. It’s also quite useful to be able to generate analytics reports on every area of the platform! Another pleasant benefit is that there is no large upfront fee to join – with reasonably paid add-ons and free account alternatives, it’s easy to find something within a budget that meets all of my demands.
