Feature Rich, But Integration Isn't Great

What differentiates Hireology from other similar products?
Honestly I don't feel a lot differentiates Hireology, we use it largely because it is recommended by our Franchisor but we largely still use it because we haven't had the time to look into anything else. A lot of its features such as reference checks can be done easily with other programs, for example I make phone calls and use a google form.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I do like that it is rich in features, I think there is a lot of potential with it I've yet to explore.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It does not integrate smoothly with one of our other software programs called ABS. Which leads to ABS not being able to calculate any of our KPIs properly.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It does what it says on the box, but isn't really going to blow your mind.

What differentiates Hireology from other similar products?
I like being able to recruit from multiple sites and the fact that we can organize communication into folders for easy reference.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
This program is so simple to use, it's almost as if you can generate an accurate background check with the click of a button.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Maybe only wish that we could selectively search for specific skills needed such as TF experience etc
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend using this valuable tool to help streamline your recruiting process
