What differentiates HeadSpin from other similar products?

Headspin team itself along with the product offering is very unique. The tool is very easy to use and can be integrated without a hassle. Moreover the tool is a perfect fit in areas where automated OTT application testing is a requirement and provides effective and critical KPI's

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The remote control of the devices and the easy integration of third party application/ software with the tool for automation and report generation

What do you dislike most about this product?

Headspin is a productive product but of course there are a few things that every tool lacks. In my point of view Headspin can improve their tool and mold it according to the different market needs rather than making it generic. For example there is a huge demand of application testing in the Finance sector like Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely reccomend the product but I would suggest clients to make sure the specific needs are met. In case there are some points or requirements missing Headspin is very cooperative in this matter to consider those requests and provide the requested modifications
