What differentiates Gravity Forms from other similar products?
Gravity Forms allows users to upload requested documents such as logos, sign examples, or rough sketches with their form submission. You limit which file types a user may upload via the properties tab. It also is a responsive form builder that looks beautiful on mobile devices. Another great feature is its integration with ActiveCampaign.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the file Upload File feature the most. We set up Gravity Forms to send the sales team an email when a prospect submits a form. Team members can view the attached documents. This saves time from having to reach out to a prospect and have them email us a file back.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The thing I like the least about Gravity Forms is the pricing. $159 a year seems pricey for what you get. There are other options out there more competitively priced with similar features.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your company relies on a submission form as your first point of contact with a client, I would recommend choosing Gravity Forms. It is an industry leader with a solid reputation. Before purchasing a license, read reviews for other form plug-ins. There are other options out there that may be more cost-effective for your form needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?
Having to install a separate plugin for each enhancement. Functionality should be an option you turn on inside plugin. No reason to have to install 5 different plugins.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Great product. We've tried them all. Gravity forms gets it done
